To All To Whom This Presents Shall Come!

This notice is to inform the public at large that 
Kamehamehas' Allodium has been claimed pursuant to Kingdom Laws by Kamehameha III
in securing his archipelego ownership of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Article IV, 1846, of the board of commissioners to quiet land titles section I: 
the King owning the Allodium (an estate held in absolute ownership without acknowledgement
to a superior), that an heir descendant of King Kamehameha the Conqueror, has claimed the Allodium under the private Trust entitled KVIRT. 

This lawful claim constitutes exercising the right of Kamehameha's territorial and subject matter jurisdiction and his descendant status.
